The Tour of Eritrea 2016, over five days and five stages, covers nearly 670 km. Riders participating in this part of the UCI Africa Tour will cover road going through the dry Sahel, Eritrean highland mountains, and the blistering coastal Red Sea region. Between stage 2 and 3 as well as between stage 3 and 4, buses will provided to convey the riders between stages that end and start in different cities.
